Versatile Outbound Sales Representative and Success Team Agent specializing in the end-to-end lifecycle of business partnerships. Expertly manages both Pre-Sales acquisition and Post-Sales account management to ensure a seamless experience for business owners. Dedicated to identifying high-quality professionals through a rigorous selection process and maintaining those relationships to drive long-term community impact and customer satisfaction.
Core Experience: Pre & Post-Sales Account Management
- Full-Cycle Relationship Management: Transitioning seamlessly from initial outbound discovery to active account success, serving as the consistent point of contact for business partners.
- Success-Driven Onboarding: Leading the post-sale phase by ensuring new partners are successfully integrated into the platform and understand the standards of our hand-picked selection process.
- Proactive Account Retention: Monitoring the health of active accounts within the Success Team framework, addressing partner needs before they escalate into friction points.
- Strategic Re-engagement: Identifying and resolving obstacles for inactive or "Abandoner" accounts to bring qualified professionals back into the active network.
- Quality Assurance & Alignment: Verifying that all partners continue to meet the objective qualification standards required to maintain the integrity of our recommendations.
Competency Requirement
- 1+ year outbound sales or tele-sales experience, preferably remote.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with CRM and remote collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, ZenDesk).
