Job Summary
The Campaign Performance Analyst produces decision-ready insights and manages buying campaigns to improve unit economics and drive gross profit.
The Analyst will be performance managed against two KPIs: Gross Profit per call (GP/call) and qualified calls generated.

Key Responsibilities
Manage lead campaigns to maximize gross profit (through controlled experiments, modeling, and system optimization)
Monitor system performance, forecast outputs, and detect meaningful signals
Translate analysis into decision-ready recommendations and business intelligence (BI) products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, leadership, technology) to align analytics with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Economic reasoning (forecasting, unit economics, tradeoffs, opportunity cost)
Systems management and optimization (understanding variance, trends, detecting signal from noise, control charts)
Business intelligence (BI) production and visualizations with a focus on decision-oriented communication
Analytical self-sufficiency with tools like Salesforce (SF), Tableau

Advantage to Have (Preferred)
Experience or exposure to machine learning concepts and practical implementation.
Familiarity with auction and marketplace dynamics (bidding, win-rate optimization, supply/demand)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of proactive problem-solving.
