About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads—individuals who have shown interest but did not complete their business registration process—and guiding them to successfully finalize their registration with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to warm leads.
  • Engage prospective clients in consultative conversations to understand their needs.
  • Persuade and assist leads to complete their business registration.
  • Accurately document call outcomes and maintain lead data in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve lead conversion strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ year of outbound sales experience (preferably in B2B or service-based sales).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
